The cleaning crew were always helpful and friendly, yet our stay was a huge disappointment. We were three people and were initially given a supposedly three‑bedroom triple room that was far too small—there was barely room for our luggage, the wardrobe was too small for three, and the air‑conditioning unit at the entrance was ineffective because the long hallway negated its effect. After the front desk first assured us that they would help us the next morning, another employee treated us very unfriendly. We were essentially told that at a price of 50–70 € we could not expect a luxury hotel. The only alternative offered was a room above the lobby. It was larger, but in at least as bad a condition: moldy seams and ceilings, heavily worn furniture, a constantly loose toilet lid, and other significant defects. The worst part was that at night we could hear dripping noises from the ceiling while washing. The operators offered no help and showed no interest in our complaints. A day before we left, we had to find another hotel in the middle of the night because we could no longer tolerate it. Even though we departed early, no one asked why, and we received no refund. I have photos proving the defects and conditions. I came to this hotel on a personal recommendation, but I will never book it again and cannot recommend it.
