We liked the location, the comfort, and the cleanliness of the hotel. The services were good: the bedding, the pleasant shower room, the spacious and quiet rooms. The breakfast terrace on St. Charles Street was also charming. The breakfast itself was fine but could use a bit more variety.

The location is close to the streetcar stop. Don’t be fooled by the exterior photos; the rooms are very old and dated with cheap-looking junk furniture and old décor. The rooms are the standard you’d expect from a budget hotel, not a high‑quality establishment that it pretends to be.

The property is very nice and the location is great. The front‑desk staff were friendly and helpful, and they handled our luggage storage after our first stay and before our second without any issues.
