How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were welcoming, and the room was clean. However, the room and the hotel feel really dated, with a musty smell, small size, old-fashioned, and outdated bathroom fixtures; a proper upgrade would be welcome.

The view faced Gotschna. The table on the balcony was a drawback.

The hotel sits right next to the station, the staff are pleasant, and the studio is spacious with a very large balcony; everything is clean and well maintained, and the coffee and breakfast are tasty. It would have been nice to have a few basic kitchen items such as salt, pepper, and oil.
