The hotel was very clean, and my street‑view room was nice; I left the window open at night and it was pleasant with almost no street noise, which made for a great sleep on the comfortable bedding. All the front‑desk staff and breakfast attendants were women, and I appreciated their friendliness and the selection. Breakfast offered both sweet and savory items and a choice of yogurts; the room had a kettle, a mini‑fridge, and air‑conditioning, all very convenient. Nothing to complain about—everything was fine for me.

The location is a 30‑minute walk from La Défense, and the beds are fairly comfortable, but for a three‑star rating I don't see what justifies it; the room is basic, with no fridge, a kettle but no coffee, tea, or cups, and no breakfast is provided.

The only positive was that it was convenient for getting to the Plénitude Arena in Nanterre. The room we received was really dirty: the cleaning had been superficial, with stains on the toilet door, dust everywhere, cobwebs on the ceiling, a hastily cleaned shower still containing hair and lint, and the air‑conditioning in poor condition. Overall, the room was in a state of disrepair with quick fixes. For the price paid, the quality was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this place. We couldn't find another hotel in the emergency caused by Céline Dion’s concert because all were full. Without that, I would have left without hesitation.
