The room had a jacuzzi that was lovely, and the rooftop area where you can have coffee and food was lovely with a lovely view. All the staff were very welcoming, accommodating and friendly, always with a smile on their face. The location is only about a 10‑minute walk to the pyramids. Nothing at all.

The location and views are good. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned because they don’t do it themselves. Communication is lacking. Breakfast is not selectable; it’s a closed breakfast. When you’re finishing, they ask if you want a coffee or another drink, and any drink offered after you finish the stay is charged extra and not included in the breakfast price. I had a 12 % discount on drinks that wasn’t applied. The switches were never cleaned and were very dirty, as shown in the attached photos. Wifi didn’t work the last two days of our stay. The room is noisy with cars and other outside sounds. The sink pipe dripped and they couldn’t fix it. Many staff don’t speak English, only Arabic. If you’re bothered by light for sleeping, I don’t recommend this stay because the curtains aren’t opaque. The toilet cup was broken. They offered us transport to a shopping center for 2000 Egyptian pounds, while Uber charged 300, an outrageous price that takes advantage of tourists. The price is far too high for what’s offered. We would not repeat this stay.
