The full Irish breakfast was handmade and delicious, and the hosts were very helpful, but getting around was a bit hard without a car, public transport was spotty, and it took a 45‑minute walk into town, though the hosts happily drove me to the buses.

It was really quiet and easy to sleep, and the two owners were honestly the nicest couple, always smiling and caring; after recently losing my gran, their presence reminded me of her and gave me comfort during a tough time – thank you for a lovely stay, I’ll be back soon.

Thanks to Mary and Gérard, the stay was very comfortable, quiet, and friendly, and the breakfast was amazing; the location was ideal for us and the WiFi was free, but the driveway was unlit up to the property.
