An exceptional stay in every way. The hotel’s location is fantastic, but what truly makes it special is the staff—extraordinarily kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Their genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. Excellent service, wonderful people, and a perfect location. Highly recommended, and definitely a place I would choose again!

The service was comfortable and good, the manager Samson was very helpful, but the price was a bit high.

The place was spotless, the bed felt cozy, and the shower was really good, but I wish they’d provide slippers.

The quality and location were solid, yet the Wi‑Fi in the rooms was weak, and it would have helped if the description mentioned that the hotel is underground—there was no daylight at all.
