The establishment was closed, and a refund is in process.
Nothing. The hotel was found closed at the entrance.
“ATTENTION ARNAQUE ! Cet hôtel n'existe pas !!! Après plus d'une semaine, je reste sans nouvelles de”
WARNING SCAM! This hotel doesn’t exist! After more than a week I still haven’t heard back from the booking site.
“Séjour de merde”
The place is fraudulent; Booking kept the money even though the establishment was closed.
The issue is that the property was listed on the site, payment was made and charged, only to learn at the end of the evening that the place was closed. Coordination failed and the payment has still not been refunded; disappointed, I don't know who is at fault but this is unacceptable.
