The hotel manager was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference in my stay. However, my room was quite dirty, with stained sheets and a floor that needed attention, and I even spotted some cockroaches. Despite this, the manager's kindness made up for the initial disappointment.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, but I was a bit disappointed to find that it's not located in the city center. Fortunately, it was close enough to my event that I was able to walk there easily.
