How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were really friendly, thank you, and the coffee at the front desk was excellent; however, the corridors were noisy, the tax calculations were confusing with extra €/$ charges, a small bottle of water in the fridge would have been nice, and there was no breakfast available on site.

Cleanest and convenient. The bed was very uncomfortable and the headboard wasn’t attached.

The location is exceptional, right on the sea front and the main street of Philipsburg. The carnival parade passes in front of the hotel. The staff are extraordinary and helpful. The air conditioning works well. The view is beautiful (my room had a sea view). The beach is at the foot of the hotel. The room has a kitchen that lets you shop and eat on site. The real issue is parking – the hotel will point you to nearby lots but has no own lot, so rates will be high, especially during certain periods. The closest large lots within walking distance are Clem Labega Square and the port (towards Green House). Plan your budget accordingly. Also, the rooms are a bit old-fashioned, though the cleanliness is impeccable.
