How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I liked the room and its nice decor, and the bed was comfortable. But the owner walked in and let himself into our room twice, there was cat poo in the yard and rubbish everywhere, the bed was right next to a window that let in a cold draft, and there were hairs in the bathroom.

The location was great, but there were only toiletries in one ensuite even though every room was supposed to have them, a dining chair was broken, food was left in an unlocked overhead cooker hood cupboard and also in the freezer, and the backyard was littered with rubbish and dog excrement near the back door.

The place was beautiful, and there was nothing at all to dislike about it.

The property was very clean and the parking was good, and there was nothing negative.

The room and ensuite were lovely and clean, with a comfortable bed, and it was a nice little room for the price. It would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities, but that’s all. The shower was great, though the dials were initially confusing because they were set incorrectly, but we figured it out. The stairs were very steep, especially for me with disabilities, and the bannister was coming away from the wall at the top, which should be mentioned in the description.
