“Dias de relax, de golf y amistad, bien cuidada y atendida”

The overall interaction with staff in the dining area, golf, and reception was positive, the view of the course from the room was very relaxing, and I like the hotel enough to bring family, friends, and kids because we enjoy playing golf and the course is well maintained, though some areas are under reconstruction, which is still fun. Everything was fine, exactly as it was.

“I believe I was staying in the ‘Bates Hotel’ from the movie ‘The Shining’.”

The rooms, pool, and everything else were great, and I liked the birds, but there was no life in the hotel; during the first two nights there was hardly any staff, it felt like the movie ‘The Shining’—so quiet, no sound, no music, areas closed off, doors barred, no access to the terrace, no pool bar, the food on the first two nights was not good, prepared hours before, cold, the staff were grumpy, and no matter how many times I said ‘thank you’ in Spanish, I never got a word back.

The facilities and location were good, but the toilet seat was broken and the shower/bath controls were broken.

The resort was really nice, a large hotel with everything you would need, and the area just outside the hotel had a selection of nice bars and restaurants. Nothing was problematic.
