The staff were really friendly, let me check in at 12.30pm instead of 3pm as I was at a loose end and even upgraded me to a king room free of charge. The room was really clean with a huge very comfy bed and all the amenity’s you need. Location is perfect too, right across the car park from the terminal building and bus and taxi stops if you haven’t got a car. 100% would stay here again if I was in Shannon. Nothing bad to report
