The location was great, but our first room had a ceiling light full of water, then we were shifted to a new room next to the elevators that made insane noises all day and night; the breakfast buffet fell short, and the pool was inaccessible because it looked like a Black Lagoon—there was no hot tub at all.

The beds were comfy, the room was roomy, and the shower delivered good heat and pressure, but the elevators were ridiculously loud—every time they moved you could hear them from your room.

“Very clean, staff very helpful. The one elevator door was very loud and squeaky so I hope they fix that.”

The spot was super handy for the folks we were visiting, so that part was spot on.

The location is good, but we stay here often and have noticed a drop in service quality. The A/C in the room never cooled below 76°F; the front desk said they would notify maintenance. We slept warm for two nights, the toilet rocked in the bath, and there were hairs in the shower when we arrived.

“Wouldn't stay again, after my experience I feel like I over paid!”

I thought the last‑minute rate was reasonable, yet the room immediately smelled of old water or mildew and the bedding was dirty; the hotel seemed to have an ant problem—every time I looked up there was an ant, one on my son’s pillow, another crawling on my daughter’s, which was disgusting; the front‑desk lady said they were fully booked and tried to find bug spray for me; the pool area was filthy, literally smelling of feces, so we couldn’t use it; overall, it was a horrible experience.
