The kitchen was well laid out and accessible, the trash was taken out daily and everything stayed very tidy; the room had fresh sheets and a towel, toilet paper was readily available and the equipment was easy to use. The only downside was that there was just one towel for two people, which felt a bit tight.

The service was terrible – my reservation was cancelled after several days of booking, and I couldn’t find another place because the Bad Bunny concert was happening. I was upset that they cancelled me at some point.

I booked last minute after my original reservation turned out to be a scam, paid, and then called and messaged the property to ask if I could check in right away, but got no reply. The phone kept saying it was turned off. I left a voice note on WhatsApp about the booking, and the property said it wasn’t available because people hadn’t returned the keys. If you don’t have the keys, don’t list the accommodation for booking. The host said they’d refund, so I’ll see my account. Three hours later I got a message that the room was available if I needed it, but I had already booked elsewhere. They don’t answer the phone and advertise availability when it’s not.
