The room was spotless and the staff were friendly, but sometimes early‑morning guests still chat and the lack of sound isolation lets outside noise slip in.

The spot is spot‑on, close to food spots and UNDIP Tembalang, the hot water for showers works, and coffee/tea is in the pantry; no noise, easy access everywhere, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the room stays clean.
