The staff are great, almost like friends, the pool is awesome, and the rooms are very clean. In the lobby, smoking was allowed and the restaurant was closed twice, forcing us to eat in the lobby with a nasty smoke smell! We even felt like the hotel rooms had cigarette smoke lingering.

The hotel is lovely and the staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The family suite is spacious and great for children. However, the suite could have been cleaned much better, especially since we were traveling with a 9‑month‑old crawling baby. The floor wasn’t as clean as expected from a 5‑star hotel, and the sofa hadn’t been vacuumed before we arrived. The walls are very thin, so noise from neighboring rooms seeped in as if we were in their room, which was not ideal at night when other guests stayed out late. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment: the selection was very limited and not up to 5‑star standards, and it needs a rethink.

Very efficient and friendly staff throughout. Ahmet was very friendly and efficient at the reception. No decaf coffee. Some furniture look and are dated
