“Empfehlenswert. Gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis”
Everything worked out nicely; a lovely little pension, lovingly decorated, worth recommending, though it was a bit noisy.

Breakfast turned out surprisingly good and the staff were very helpful, but there was no outlet in the bathroom, the lighting was poor, the bathroom was over the hallway, and there was no bedside table on the right side of the bed.

The house was very quiet and had excellent transport links, yet I chose it because it was close to my workplace in Erfurt and, importantly, advertised Wi‑Fi. The room showed Wi‑Fi was available, I could log in, but the signal was so weak that I could never reach the web. Working there was impossible. I told the owner, who replied that Wi‑Fi was on. The bed was unsuitable for large, strong people, turning the sleep into an uncomfortable lie-down.

The room was clean, quiet, and spacious; the breakfast buffet was fresh with a wide selection, and the service was exceptionally accommodating.

The rooms were clean and cozily furnished, the bed was comfortable—especially for a side‑sleeper—and there was natural light in the bathroom. The staff, possibly the owner, were friendly, but being from the countryside I’m a bit noise‑sensitive; city sounds and a quarrelsome couple at 4 am were disruptive. The first hostel I’ve stayed in for about a hundred people charges EUR 2 per night; a car costs EUR 7. A parking spot can fit about ten wheels, and my bike sat in a corner of the courtyard.
