I had a mostly great stay at this hotel, with a few notable exceptions. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Lisbon, and I enjoyed the excellent breakfasts, spacious room, and lovely pool. However, I struggled with the pillows, which were too soft, and the room lighting was a bit odd. Despite requesting firmer pillows, the replacements didn't make a difference.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by some cleanliness issues. The furniture and fixtures needed a good dusting, and it was clear that it had been a while since this had been done. I had to take it upon myself to wipe down the tables and lamps, which was not ideal.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to start my day off right. The staff, from the friendly reception team to the attentive waiting staff and housekeeping, were all incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was a beautiful 5-star property, with stunning rooms and a wonderful spa and pool area. I was sad to leave, but I'll definitely be back.

I had a great experience at this hotel, with lovely staff, great rooms, and a fantastic location. However, I have to say that everything was great, and I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. It was a very positive experience overall.
