The decor was beautiful, and the kitchenette with coffee was nice. The noise was a problem: we could hear the room beside us talking, snoring, and upstairs above our room the foot traffic was so noisy. There were no windows that could open, so we had to run a standing air‑conditioning unit for any kind of air movement. It was so loud and came on and off all night long. There was a fan above the bed that had no control unit.

Very comfortable and spotless accommodation. Lovely little BBQ area. Noise from rooms above and beside was very present, but people respected the quiet time, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

A room that’s stunning, packed with every feature you could wish for: a kitchen sink, fridge/freezer, a solid TV, and a bed that’s a dream. The walk to Mahone Bay and the local eateries is a breeze. Parking was a bit of a hassle, though.
