The reception staff were flawless—efficient and friendly. The room was clean, though I'm not a fan of the carpets, which at least help with soundproofing. The bed was comfortable. Being close to Lyon station and having a luggage storage in the hotel were exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are a bit small, and the room faced the street, so we could hear outside noise on a Saturday night, but that's normal in Paris.
