I was very disappointed with this property. I booked more than two weeks in advance—one AC room and one non‑AC room at the Lake View property listed. About five days before my trip, the owner called and said the property was unavailable. He then asked for an advance payment and raised the price shown on the app. He claimed only two AC rooms were available and that I had to pay Rs. 5500 per room. Moreover, instead of giving me the same Lake View property I had booked, he offered a different property without informing me beforehand. Because it was a long weekend and I feared my booking might be cancelled, I had no choice but to accept his offer. Overall, this was a really bad experience—my first issue of this kind after many years of using the service.

That resort was not cleaned properly; the rooms were also not very good, the bed and the bedsheets were dirty, and the bathrooms were broken.
