I was thoroughly satisfied with the hotel's location and the cleanliness of my room and washroom. The staff was also very helpful, but I did notice that they could benefit from having a lift service to make getting around the hotel easier.

While I found the room to be quite comfy, it was a bit on the small side, and I was pleased to see that the TV had YouTube access. However, I did notice that the room could have been cleaner and had better ventilation.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by some cleanliness issues, particularly with the bed and bed sheets. However, the housekeeping staff was responsive to my request and changed the bed sheets promptly, which was a relief. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.
