I only gave it 7 because of the staff, that is the best thing alongside the location; the room is a bit old, the bed was a bit bad, pillows are terrible. Hidden fees, it's my problem because it's mentioned in the information on booking but still not very easy to find and it was 10 euros for parking and city taxes so not a big deal.

The staff were friendly, and we managed to extend our stay without extra fees, which fit our airport schedule. The location is good and the breakfast is normal and decent. The room and bathroom are cramped, and when we reported the TV not working, the staff came and said they’d call IT, but nothing else happened.

The location is excellent, just a few moments from the Blouko neighborhood. The air conditioning failed during the night and nobody could fix it. There are no elevators, and the breakfast was poor.
