“authentic place with great vibes”
The location is great and the people are beautiful—really good vibes and a very authentic neighborhood. It isn’t the cleanest place, but it’s still great, and I can recommend it.

The only positive thing is that it really has the interesting terrace/river view the profile claims. It starts with the fact that to get there you have to walk through a narrow alley barely over a meter wide, passing between Thai houses of a not very affluent class—some may find this authentic, others might feel it spoils their trip. When you arrive, the place does have a hippie/chill‑out vibe, which is fine, but that doesn’t excuse the doors not fitting, the bathrooms being filthy and rusty. Again, the low price seems to justify the unacceptable conditions. At night, mosquitoes bite relentlessly; I forgot to use any repellent because I hadn’t needed it during my stay in Bangkok, which was a big mistake—I barely slept. Of course, forget to have a simple mosquito net.
