Good service, varied breakfast, a big pool with amazing view, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, free parking. The TV doesn’t work properly, and the in‑room facilities need more maintenance.

The service was shocking from reception to departure; the whole stay was not enjoyable. The reception clerk, Sa'id, was rude and spoke badly instead of helping guests. Also there is no housekeeping service; when we asked for water, the tap didn’t work. The hotel, which prides itself, should at least offer water.

The place is pretty and the view is stunning. There aren’t enough lights outside, which is a pity. Breakfast is not that great. The balcony in the room is small and cramped.

The meal was decent, location odd, the pool is surrounded by very close buildings. The pool entrance looks strange, as if we arrived at a deserted place; there seem to be many security issues, constant fights with intruders outside the pool, not pleasant.
