The stay here was absolutely wonderful! The hotel and its waterfront location are breathtakingly beautiful. It’s a true hidden gem in Batroun and still close to the old souk. Romy and his team welcome guests as an extension of their family. The swimming pool is perfect. The room had a huge bed and generous storage space with views across the mountains and ocean. Breakfast was so fresh, generous and delicious.

Pool and friendly staff. Old rooms. The restaurant closes at 18h30. Very poor breakfast. Beach not accessible.

Location and amenities and reception staff. Does not meet the quality expected compared to price. Breakfast staff need training (well done eggs is not an option) AND they charge you extra for cheese in your omelette in an included breakfast (that’s a first!). Rooms should be spotless but they are not (hairs and dust gathered in lumps).

The staff are friendly and their attitude is nice, breakfast is sweet, the decor is amazing and the hotel is relaxed and close to everything. I only took one day, which should have been more.
