I only liked the pastries at breakfast. The cleanliness was disappointing; the housekeeping supplies came in supermarket bags, were left on the reception floor, and the cleaning products were unsuitable for a hotel. The cleaning lady carried a shopping cart full of messy supplies. On the first day I asked for fresh sheets because of an unpleasant smell, and the reception lady tried to be courteous. Breakfast was not to my taste, and the hotel’s structure lacks finishing touches throughout. It’s not great.

“Maravilhosa!”

I loved the inn, the view, the location, the team, everyone’s politeness, and the simple, tasty breakfast. Tereza is a whole different chapter, absolutely gorgeous ❤️. Nothing negative! We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived very late. I highly recommend the inn.

The rooms are spacious, the cleaning was great, and we entered to a pleasant cleaning scent. Breakfast was good. Pet owners will be happy; you can bring them to breakfast without locking them in the room. It’s close to that little Capivari center, about five minutes away. The room was warm. Check‑in and check‑out could be more flexible; we were on vacation, arrived early, and couldn’t check in, and when leaving we had to go early because of a rotation policy.

“péssima experiência.”

The room was filthy, with a moth and spiders hanging from the ceiling; after a long trip we cancelled the stay as soon as we arrived, disappointed that the photos didn’t match reality.
