“Unterkunft ganz ok.”
I got a free parking spot and a decent breakfast, but there were no fly screens and it was noisy toward the street.

Gasthof Steinerwirt, a historic inn on the Untersberg Nature Reserve, sits 4 km from Bad Reichenhall and the Salzburg Open‑Air Museum. Classic country rooms offer flat‑screen TV, safe, and en‑suite bathroom. The on‑site restaurant serves traditional Austrian dishes sourced from the inn’s farm and butcher. Bus 180 stops outside, and the A1 motorway is a 10‑minute drive.

The room was clean and spacious, dinner was delicious, and breakfast was plentiful and nicely arranged, but a soap dispenser in the shower would have been great—currently it’s stuck outside the shower beside the sink—and there was no parking spot for my motorcycle.

The mountain views were gorgeous, and everything felt comfortable and nice.

A great place for the Salzburg area, with very nice clean rooms, a friendly team, good food, and a parking space right outside the door.

Nice views, good rooms, good restaurant, but it’s a bit close to a road, though traffic is fairly light.
