The meals were tasty and everyone was very friendly, but when we booked online it listed a pool, and upon arrival we were told there isn’t one—something we were really hoping to use.

The staff were warm, helpful, and accommodating, and our room stayed cool and comfy. The breakfast, however, was only available from 7‑9 am during our Friday‑Sunday stay, and housekeeping never came to tidy the room or replace towels or bedding, which left me unsure what happened.
