The room was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful with special requests.
During our one-night stay at this hotel, we encountered a few issues, including a lack of hot water in our room, which was quite cold during the winter season. The room itself was a bit worn out, but it was sufficient for our needs since we were only passing through. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for a brief period.
While the location was the only redeeming quality of my stay, it was unfortunately overshadowed by the subpar conditions of the room. The rooms were smelly, and the bathroom floor was dirty, which made for an unpleasant experience.
I was thoroughly impressed with the spacious room and king-size bed, which made for a comfortable stay. The large kitchen with a hotplate was a great bonus, and I appreciated the opportunity to braai outside. However, I did find the basic kitchenware to be a bit of a letdown, so be sure to bring your own pots and pans if you plan on cooking. Additionally, the water pressure was quite low on my last day, making the shower a bit of a trickle.
“I did not visit the place”
I booked a room, but the lack of communication and assistance made my stay frustrating. The worst part was that my payment was deducted, and when I tried to check in, no one answered my calls. I had to travel back to find help, which was a hassle.
