I like old buildings, so the atmosphere was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The living room had a file with local shop recommendations, which was great. I visited the recommended Kanjōbutsu Onsen and slept well afterward.
This hostel is very good, modern, and charming. The “living room” is exceptionally cozy and spacious, ideal for games, writing, reading, or relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There’s a dorm and many affordable private rooms. Overall, the hostel is very clean, well organized, and the staff are friendly. We extended our stay for four more nights. Thank you very much, we had a good stay!
I had a great experience in the dorm before, so this time I stayed in a two‑bedroom room with my family. I’d definitely return when I go to Otaru. Nothing particular to mention.
The hostel is not far from the city center. The city isn’t large, so walking around is easy. The hostel is very nice, especially the common area: refined furnishings and attention to detail. Check‑in was simple, and the receptionist was very courteous and gave detailed directions. The room was comfortable; we were four—two adults and two children—along with the shared bathrooms and kitchen. Everything was spotless. For those driving like us, there’s paid parking a few meters from the hostel. A Lawson is nearby. Recommended for visiting Otaru. Nothing to complain about; everything was perfect.
“Lovely stay!”
Lovely place. We loved the decor and our room was so cozy! The location is excellent and the staff was friendly. One of our favorite hostels that we have stayed at. They even provided laundry soap!
