The place was quiet, clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and warm. The private terrace and working air conditioning added to the comfort. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and there were no noises from around the villa. The bar stayed open until 21:00, and the night staff were always available if needed. Breakfast was decent, the pool was always clean, housekeeping happened daily, and small dogs were accepted. A few improvements were needed: the à la carte meals were too expensive for the quality of the ingredients—penne carbonara had pesto and industrial chicken breast, penne arrabiata, a very dry prune tagine, and a panacotta with jam instead of a real coulis. Adding seasonal fruit would help. The menu didn’t change at all over the weekend.

The estate was beautiful, with lovely pools and a pristine garden, perfect for events. The planes were a problem: it was very far from Marrakech and hard to find the first time. There were missing details, no paper‑towel dispenser, dust in the bathroom, towels weren’t changed, which didn’t match the beauty of the place. The management staff held meetings at breakfast every morning, and the guests didn’t want to know about their organization and problems.
