They messaged me on WhatsApp saying my reservation was cancelled because another booking overlapped on the same date. They promised to pull the reservation from the system so I wouldn't be hit with any fees, but nothing happened and the app recorded the stay as completed, which felt pretty careless. The lack of follow‑through left me frustrated.
