The air‑conditioning system was ineffective.

The room size was fine. The host’s attention was courteous, the air‑conditioning didn’t work and I tried to get it fixed. But one day I had no air‑conditioning (I booked the room to work with AC and didn’t get it). The bathroom was spacious. When I entered the room there was a strong damp smell; it’s an old building, but the sheets weren’t clean enough. All the fixtures were covered in cobwebs, from the corners of the room to the hallway wall decorations. The kitchen was messy, dirty, the fridge had old food remnants, and the fridge was very dirty. In the room the fridge was also very dirty and didn’t work. I had a broken chair, I sat on it and fell back with coffee in my hand 🫠 The bathroom was clean, but not clean enough for such services, it should have been sparkling. The washing machine didn’t work either.

We received the keys in a box at the entrance, the host was very polite and respectful, explained everything in detail via SMS, no questions, everything needed was there: coffee and tea. You feel at home. We’ll return! Everything was great.

We stayed in this terrible lodging that is advertised as a historic residence but has nothing historic about it. No cleanliness, no security, the glass door didn’t provide privacy and turning on the hallway light lit the whole room; it couldn’t be locked. The stale, closed smell, the bathroom in awful condition, no hygiene at all. The kitchen was a disaster, separated by a divider from the common area where you could see total abandonment, dirty dishes everywhere, abandoned food, trash and filth; you have to see the photos from the video that won’t upload. Unreliable people who probably live there and use the kitchen. I didn’t feel safe and worried for my family. This place should close! I didn’t leave because the kids were sleeping and we would have gone early in the morning. I’m attaching photos that prove how awful this place is, which in my opinion should stay closed.
