Nothing stood out positively, and the dining setup was the worst I've seen.

The room wasn’t ready or well equipped; it was full of mosquitoes, and nothing was served unless I asked for it. Glasses were missing, and the electric kettle with tea bags only arrived the next day after I requested it. I had to skip my early‑morning medication because there was no hot water. Staff were very disorganized, and the limited breakfast wasn’t mentioned.

The hotel was spotless, and every AC, geyser, TV, and intercom worked excellently. The staff were welcoming and eager to help, and the location is prime and easy to reach. Because it’s a brand‑new property, the kitchen isn’t fully operational yet, but they did their best to provide basic breakfast and dinner. We appreciated the staff’s positive attitude and effort to make our stay comfortable.
