“Great stay”

The hotel was spotless and very quiet. I loved the style of the hotel and how convenient it felt to stay there. The gentleman at reception was very sweet and helpful.

“Bryant et sale et aucune compensation”

The hotel was close to my workplace, but the first night the bay windows were broken and couldn’t close, so I had to have two people help shut them and could no longer open them; when I requested a room change I was moved to a very noisy room where I couldn’t enjoy the terrace. Later a machine behind the bathroom wall ran all night with a terrible belt noise that was unbearable; after the second night they finally switched me to another room that looked clean but the trash cans hadn’t been emptied, with evidence of a previous guest’s rubbish filling the bin to the top and I couldn’t even fit a cotton swab. The soap didn’t work unless I went into the shower to find it, a circus when I told the staff—though I understand mishaps happen—yet I received no compensation, not even a coffee or a water bottle, and there was no fridge. The staff apologized but nothing else was offered.

“Séjour à St laurent du var”

Thanks to all the staff, especially Gabryela, for the clean room and excellent bedding; however, the night watchman was not friendly at all and came across as arrogant.

The reception was very warm and the parking was huge, but the room was too small.
