How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Behind Piazza del Plebiscito. The room was dirty and the cleaning was poorly done. There were hair and guests’ fur. The bathroom was dirty, the tap full of limescale and hair in the shower. The wifi did not work well in the room and the network even less. The room was not sound‑proofed against the outside: at night it sounded like being on the street below. Even though we had to stay for three nights we were forced to check out a day early. Breakfast was poor.

The breakfast, both sweet and savory, was great, the location is handy near everything, the staff were extremely friendly, I’ll definitely come back.

The rooms were a very good size and beds comfortable. The location to port was very good. The air conditioner in one of our rooms was leaking water. In our other room the spa bath did not work our entire stay. I was offered another room but we were already in the room settled. Was told it will be looked at but wasnt or any discount offered on the rooms.
