How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
It was very dirty and miserable, and it should not be part of the standard. There was no one at the reception; the person who should have been there was asleep in a bed with a blanket like a vagrant on the street. He was vicious and watched my sister and me as prey; we were very scared. In the end, we only stayed three hours and left at night, fleeing the place because we were afraid for our lives.

The proximity. The stairs need a lift. The photo shown is not same as when you go in the room.its say deluxe room with 2 single beds whereas it's only one bed n room is small compared to photo shown. Complain to both booking .com n owner no response from both side .n after had to pay extra to upgrade room

The location was very good. The room was not like the photos and was very noisy at night. It was not a good option for quiet nights.

The TV didn't work, basic cleanliness was lacking – the blanket, bed, sheets, towels were dirty, and there were bugs in the bed. The reception was unpleasant.

The only good thing was the hotel’s location. Everything else was very dirty, the bathroom was broken, and overall it was terrible.
