I had a truly unique experience with amazing staff, a beautiful pool, and very spacious rooms. The food was stunning but pricey; if you’re picky you might bring your own, since there’s nothing nearby to buy. It was expensive, yet perfect for a once‑in‑a‑lifetime stay, and I’ll definitely return.

There were binoculars to spot the animals, the food was wonderful, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bed and room were comfortable. Unfortunately, room service didn’t work, so we had to eat in the restaurant. It would have been nice to have a gym or games room, and we heard excavation noise during our stay.

The staff were fabulous – friendly and attentive – and our room was lovely. Watching the animals in action was a highlight, and the menu choices were delicious, especially the African influence that exceeded our expectations. The only downside was that we had to leave after our two‑night stay.

I loved the ambience and the setup was well done. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it needs a toilet lid and a bath. Aside from that, everything was lovely, clean, and tidy.
