“Unsafe and unacceptable”

The worst stay I’ve ever had. We arrived to find the main door open and no staff around. Calling the number on Booking, someone answered saying the room was “ready” but no one was there. The riad was dirty, didn’t match the photos, and the main door wouldn’t lock, leaving us feeling unsafe. With no on‑site help, we had to cancel immediately. Save your money and skip this place.

“desilusão total .”

We liked the location and the mattress was quite comfortable, but the room and place we were given didn’t match what we booked on Booking. For the first time we were cheated in Morocco, which was terribly disappointing. The room had no internet or mobile data, and rain leaked in, flooding the interior.
