“A Mixed Experience with a Few Unsettling Moments”
I was initially pleased with the hotel's location, which was close to Malioboro but far enough to avoid the noise. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. We found an unknown creature in our room, but the staff offered to switch us to a different room, which was a relief.
“A Disappointing Experience That Falls Short of Expectations”
Unfortunately, I didn't find anything to like about this hotel. The price was not justified, as there was no elevator, no windows, and no store. The staff was unfriendly, and we were asked to pay a deposit and provide our ID, which was held by the hotel. The water supply on the third floor was also inadequate, and there was no glass in the shower. Given that the hotel claims to be a three-star establishment, I'm not sure if it meets the standard.
“Disappointing Stay in a Central Location”
I stayed in a room that had a TV we didn't use, but the air conditioning worked well. The hotel's central location was a major plus. However, the room looked much worse than the pictures, and the bathroom was not as shown - it was wet and smelled terrible, with a hole in the ceiling. The room wasn't very clean either. To make matters worse, the staff didn't speak English, but we managed with a translator.
“A Convenient Location, But Cleanliness Needs Improvement”
The hotel's proximity to Malioboro was a major selling point, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major letdown. The room was small and needed a thorough cleaning.
“A Location That Couldn't Save This Hotel from Its Many Flaws”
The hotel's proximity to Malioboro was a major plus, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The staff was friendly, but their lack of English made communication a challenge. The room itself was tiny and filthy, with a damp bed that reeked of mildew. The bathroom was a nightmare, with a pungent smell of sewage and mold growing out of the showerhead. We checked out after just 30 minutes, opting for a different hotel instead.
