The property overall is very nice, modern and functional. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom is fully equipped (except for a torn towel). Breakfast is normal, nothing exceptional. We were able to check out after the scheduled time without an extra fee. The welcome gift was appreciated. The indoor heated pool is nice (don’t call it a hot tub unless you turn it on). The potential is huge, but the spa service and customer attention are disappointing. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a welcome gift don’t compensate for the lack of attention to detail. After arriving at 2 am from our wedding reception, we hoped to rest, but at 9 am the lawnmower noise woke us. The spa was a letdown: the emotional shower was broken, the Turkish bath was turned off after only 10 minutes and the indoor pool was spacious but lacked a hot tub (stayed off). Finding a torn towel in the bathroom is not expected from a property of this level. Only the flexible check‑out was good. Standard breakfast. We had high expectations for this stay, but the many service failures made the value for money decidedly disappointing.

Good location, comfortable bed. Very small, old, only a shower in the bathroom.

The reception was excellent, with staff who were truly very friendly and courteous. The setting was quite beautiful and the room was well arranged, very nicely laid out. The only thing that could be improved might be having more advice and information about possible activities in the area, if the hotel has partnerships. The real hiccup for a hotel of this standing is that there are no tissues provided in the room.

Wow, we loved the privacy, the spa, the amazing villa, the incredible guy who was always smiling and happy to help, and the quiet in the area. Anyone coming to the place needs a car; for those who had Antonio as a driver it didn’t bother us. The taxi service is expensive and takes a long time, so either a car or a driver is better. I think 50 euros per hour for the spa is pricey, but you get an hour. For a two‑night stay you can split it into half an hour each day.
