How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location, shared bathrooms, and reception area are fine. The capsule construction feels cheap, soundproofing is awful, and storage is almost nonexistent—no shelf to charge phones, and only one outlet worked. We had to request an extra sheet, and the price was absurd for such basic accommodation.

I love the cleanliness and quietness, especially for a hostel where you share space with others. The kitchen area is pretty nice, and the capsules are comfortable with everything you need: charging spots, neon lights, white lighting, air conditioning, wifi, and everything stays super clean.

The hostel is close to Atocha and has a 24‑hour reception. The toilets and showers are clean and separated by gender, which is a good idea. The plastic capsules are noisy and lack insulation, so any movement is heard everywhere. The capsule layout is inconsistent, with some being in the same room and the lockers misplaced, making it uncomfortable. There are few toilets and showers, and the mattress level is uneven, possibly due to heating issues. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The service, cleanliness, and comfort are excellent. I had a great experience overall.

The hostel offers single and double capsules, which is handy if you arrive by AVE since it’s next to Atocha station. You can leave your bags at reception upon arrival or departure. Nothing else to add; we already knew about the Oxygen hostel capsules, everything is as usual.
