The hotel claimed they didn't have an online booking system, which was a bit confusing since I booked online. The staff seemed friendly, but it was a bit of a hassle. They didn't provide the room I booked, which was a disappointment. Not the best start to my stay.

I was surprised to find out that even with the price I paid, I had to pay extra for water. It was a bit of a shock, to be honest. The payment for the water was an additional hassle. Not the best value for money, if you ask me.

I was told they don't accept online bookings, which wasted a lot of my time. The staff seemed pretty rude and were only interested in getting my money. They didn't even offer me a free drink, which I thought was a bit cheeky. Needless to say, I won't be back.
