Despite the street being a bit dark, the location was good! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hostel needs a lot of modernization. The rooms and common areas are basic and uncomfortable. The bathrooms are shoddy. Cleaning was lacking. The breakfast was typical Italian: cornetto and coffee made on a broken kettle.

A great hostel

Everything was so comfortable in every possible way, the staff were welcoming and everything was clean 👌👌. The breakfast had sweet pastries and fruit, typical for Italians, fresh and tasty 🔥—not common where I came from 😂.

The location was close to the station, right on the main street, easy to access, but the quiet inside made nights very pleasant. The staff were all very kind. After checkout I could leave luggage near the reception in a space anyone could use; when I came back to catch the bus I had time to relax and they let me. I heard they hold karaoke contests regularly. The staff and guests were close, so conversation was easy. The kitchen and fridge were usable, coffee was free to use as much as I wanted. Breakfast offered fruit and large bread, filling me up. Shower pressure was fine, a dryer was included; shampoo had to be brought. The bed felt like a single in a room with several single beds—spacious and relaxing, though it might not suit everyone. The best part was the juice near reception, probably Granite, delicious and free, so I drank a lot. Using pasta as a straw is Italian. My experience in Naples was the best because of this place.
