The place is beautiful, with a lovely inner courtyard that calms you after a chaotic city tour. It’s a very pleasant space, the area is quiet, and you should enter through the parking side, which is nicer. The room is very comfortable and complete, with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is abundant.

The property sits in a secured area of a poorer neighbourhood, but a taxi can get you there without any trouble – I can only recommend it. The shower wasn’t entirely clean; it felt more like the Indian standard, yet the price‑performance was acceptable.

The vibe felt like a homestay, and the breakfast and lunch were good, though not exceptional – wholesome meals overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was okay, but the rear entrance onto a crowded, bad road made hailing Uber or Ola very inconvenient; the hotel should coordinate with Google to ensure the Sultanpur Estate entrance is correctly marked for the Estate Villa. Descending from the dining room and climbing steeply to reach the rear door was uncomfortable. The fridge’s interior was dirty, and the chair cushions needed deep cleaning and shampooing.
