The spot is right in the middle of the sea, Orbetello center, and Capalbio, surrounded by greenery and silence.
It’s tucked into the calm of Maremma, just minutes to the beaches. The welcome and the “minimal” equipment were lacking; a bottle of water in the fridge or a few extra bathroom accessories, like 3, would have been nice.

The place is in open countryside, with parking available near the property, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Usually in the countryside you can have guests in rooms, but here there were none. Some guests act like they’re at a bar at night, which shouldn’t be blamed on the owners.
The whole place is very pretty and well kept, the location is quiet, about a half‑hour by bike from the beach, and the pool is great. The shower was too small and already somewhat old.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the greenery was impeccably maintained, and the food was genuine. The savory breakfast could use some local specialties, but the homemade pastries were fantastic!
