I had booked this hotel for March, but international travel hiccups meant I never made it to France. I’ve stayed here before and it was truly amazing—the service, vibe, and quality were top‑tier, which is why I came back. The hotel wasn’t required to refund or change my booking, yet after a respectful back‑and‑forth, the management acted with understanding, fairness, and goodwill and gave me a full refund. The whole ordeal was stressful and I had to push for it, but I really appreciate how it was resolved. It shows a level of integrity and respect for guests that isn’t always present in such cases. This experience proved that beyond policies, there’s genuine customer care. I’d definitely stay again when the circumstances are better.
