Hotel Beverly

“Por ubicacion llego a compromisos con la experiencia”

The location is convenient, just around the corner from my office, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and banks. The parking is decent. However, on several occasions during past stays, the sheets had hair and fur (apparently from the person making the bed, not a previous guest). The sheets are always wrinkled, looking dirty, and consistently have small “balls” from heavy use and low quality. This makes the stay unpleasant and the sense of cleanliness is lacking.

“Malaaa e incomoda”

Nothing. The reality is that the price‑quality ratio was so bad that nothing I liked was worth what I paid. Terrible; the photos posted don’t match the real rooms. If you book through Booking you don’t even get breakfast, they list amenities that aren’t there (like a coffee maker), the beds are awful. And finally the staff lack empathy; I mentioned all this to the receptionist and she was condescending and didn’t help me resolve anything. The rooms are extremely small, basically just a bed and a bathroom.

Location is great. The bed is a bit hard.

“Muy buena opción para estancias breves, ubicación cerca de varias opciones de transporte.”

Location and cleanliness are good. Internet is very slow, the work table is too small.

Location and facilities are fine. The bed and pillows are very hard, and the service isn’t that good.
